Gaby Fighetti

PARTNER

Gaby spent nearly 20 years working for local education agencies in both New York City and New Orleans before joining CSG. At NYC Public Schools, Gaby held numerous roles over her seven-year tenure in the Division of Portfolio Planning, a division created to ensure that the schools across the district reflected the needs of the local community.

She relocated to New Orleans in 2012 and joined the Louisiana Recovery School District, where she managed the creation and implementation of OneApp, the city's unified enrollment system. After the unification of school governance in New Orleans, she served as the Chief of Student Access at NOLA Public Schools, continuing to ensure that all children in New Orleans received fair and equitable access to public school and the support their families needed to remain enrolled. In these roles, Gaby led large teams in the implementation of complex systems, working with internal leaders, as well as school and community leaders, in the interests of students and families.

Gaby attended Columbia University's Barnard College for her Bachelor of Arts and the School for International and Public Affairs for her Master's in Public Administration.
